Finally jumped on the Fight Club fake Criterion bandwagon. I’ve seen a lot of these, but I hope y’all can dig my version, too.

Here’s my entry in the Year One contest over @FakeCriterions. I’m pretty much going for the “so absurd it’s totally awesome” angle. Hopefully the judges agree.

I submitted a fake criterion of Gremlins to Fake Criterions for their “Faked from the Dead” feature and have been a little taken aback that they haven’t reblogged it yet. Not that I’m bitter, but I have *Netflix on my side on this one, FC….just sayin’…. ;)

*I crumpled up the tearaway cover of my most recent Netflix rental and saw Gremlins as I did it… so, one scan later, I prove my correctness is assuming Gremlins is a Horror Classic from the 80’s.
